Basic Standards and Principles:

Benefactors who engage in fundraising to benefit The MORE Project, including the coordination and/or conduct of special event fundraising activities, will do so with integrity, honesty, truthfulness and adherence to the absolute obligation to safeguard the best interests of The MORE Project and the public trust.

Any appeal made on behalf of The MORE Project shall be done without personal gain and that the philanthropic mission of The MORE Project shall at all times be placed above personal gain.

All fundraising appeals shall be done in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

All fundraising activity engaged in on behalf of The MORE Project shall be done to value the privacy, freedom of choice and interests of those who receive the appeal.

Obligations:

Benefactors shall not engage in any fundraising appeal, special event, or associated activity that could harm the spirit or integrity of The MORE Project.

Benefactors acting on behalf of The MORE Project are to disclose to MonaVie and The MORE Project, as appropriate, any potential or actual conflicts of interest associated with their fundraising activity and at all times strive to avoid any actual conflicts of interest.

Benefactors shall not exploit any relationship with a donor, prospect, volunteer or employee of The MORE Project for the benefit of themselves or any entity in which they have an interest.

Solicitations/Fundraising Appeals:

Benefactors shall take care to ensure that all fundraising activity and appeals, including materials associated with any such activity or appeal, are accurate and correctly reflect The MORE Project’s mission and use of funds.

Benefactors must take care to ensure that donors receive informed, accurate and ethical advice regarding their contribution to The MORE Project.

Benefactors must adhere to the policy and principle that all donor and prospect information created by or in connection with a fundraising appeal or contact made by the benefactor are
and remain the exclusive property of The MORE Project and shall not be transferred, rented to, sold to, or otherwise shared with ANY party other than The MORE Project.

Compensation:

Benefactors shall not accept compensation or consideration in any form for fundraising on behalf of The MORE Project.

It is intended that all fundraising appeals or activities engaged in by benefactors will be conducted by the benefactor strictly in a volunteer capacity.

The MORE Project retains the ability to approve in advance each and every fundraising appeal supplied in writing to a potential donor prior to its use, as well as approve any special event fundraising activity prior to the occurrence of the special event. See the donate your time section

Benefactors shall not have custody or control of contributions intended for The MORE Project at any time except in the limited context of acting as a conduit to supply promises to pay made via credit card or by personal or business check.
